Positive Changes


I joined a gym about 6 weeks ago, and I have been disappointed in the numbers I checked every Tuesday, namely... my weight. In those 6 weeks I have only lost about 5 pounds. But tonight my trainer checked my measurements to see any progress, and good heavens there was some positive progress. I have lost 10 inches!

*3 inches lost from my shoulders
*4 inches lost from my waist
*2 inches lost from my hips
*1 inch lost from my thighs

My hard work is doing something good. I just need to keep at it! Phew!

Just thought I'd share the good news... exercise is awesome... it's the healthy eating I really need to work on.

Way to go!! That whole replacing fat with muscle thing is deceptive on the scale!! keep up the good work!!
