February's goal for me was to do the 30 Day Plank Challenge, and while I never made it to the goal of 5 minutes straight of planking, I did notice some good changes with my core, and I am now able to do the plank for over a minute! Pretty good for a girl who nearly collapsed doing 20 second when she started. Now I am still only doing Level 2, but I feel pretty good about never having to do a Level 1!
So March's goal that I have already started is the 30 Day Squat Challenge. So far I love it. My legs are the strongest part of my body, so I feel good about being able to do the workout!
